Website Users 

The users of a website can be categorized in to three group. when we start to develop a website we need to analyze the targeted user group. The website will be designed based on user.

Basically, there are three groups such as Novice or Casual users, Dedicated users and Professional users. 

Novice user mean a new user of a website at the same time casual user mean the users who are not using our website frequently. These people need to be given step by step instructions since they are not having prior knowledge. moreover the error message should be meaning full and they are expecting for a user friendly interfaces.

The dedicated or experience users are the people who are using the website frequently. As they need to use the system in their day to day work they are looking for a efficient system. if the system is going to be developed for dedicated users then no need to provide the step by step instructions their. 

Professional users mean IT related professional people. they are prefer to use CLI interface since they have experience with syntax and commands. 

so we need to identify the users. the need of the users' is vary based on the user group.
